The dress that nearly was to be…
It came, I unwrapped it. I caved and tried it on. It was delightful. I felt like a twinkly princess. I already have the perfect shoes that match and a handbag (so, theoretically, it could have been a fairly economical purchase). I folded it up and put it back in box. It will be picked up shortly and squirrelled back to net-a-porter. *stifles a small sob*
Gosh this is hard. My fave quote of inspiration so far, from the delightful Poppy D “I would stab a unicorn for those shoes“. P – you must come round some time and we can have a try on session. I have a wardrobe that most girls’ dreams are made of!
