I use this as a carry on bag. I have also used this to take to the beach. I have been pleased overall with the briefcases for women. I am really not the organized type, but this bag has kept me together! The pocket for the water bottle is much too small for any water bottle i have used before, but I was able to put a small bottle of sunscreen in there instead. It unzips to reveal a rather large space for stuff, like a tee shirt and books, etc. best bag ever! bought one last year for vacation – it’s the perfect size for sight seeing. holds a camera, guide book, journal & snack perfectly and the cross-body style keeps you comfortable on an all day journey. I’ve used it daily since the trip and am looking forward to having a second one in another color. i will probably buy a third just to have in case this style is ever discontinued. This is the perfect 14 inch laptop shoulder bag. One wee complaint, any keys you wish to carry cannot be on a keyring, individually only. A small lip gloss can be carried in the pen-loop. Great bag. Looked small at first, but I can fit all I need for two small children easily. Not too girly, so my husband does not mind using it as well. I would like the straps a little longer.

When full, it is awkward so close under the arm. I would also like a quicker, easier access to a place for car keys. With both sides identical, it is hard to remember in the dark what side they are on. It would also be nice if one set of snaps on the outside compartments was reversed. This would allow the user to snap one side of the nylon handbag to the other side to completely close it and make it harder for a thief to access. It’s great. It holds everthing I need, it is comfortable, and coordinates with most of my work wardrobe. nice 14 inch laptop shoulder bag that is convenient for travel. Purchased several to give away as gifts. Simple design inside with a main compartment that includes two side folder holders. This is a super roomy bag with lots of pockets. It is a great sized tote for travel, and will easily carry a book, water bottle and a small purchase or two. The exterior is not too large yet it will hold lots. Love the color. It is lightweight, which is a plus. I love it! I liked my black one so much I bought the brown. Holds a surprising amount of jewlery for such a small pouch. The little pockets for earrings are a little small. Hard to take out only one pair of earrings. Will probably try one of the bigger pockets next time if I take several pairs. Would be ok for just one or two. The material looks really durable. The product looks to be well made and sturdy. It is just the size I wanted. Notebook Brief is the best!! Perfect for my vacation to Europe! It would be much more practical for me if I could remove the shoulder strap. I didn’t notice that it was only removable on a few of the colors at time of purchase. Also, it’s a bit hard to get my I.D. out of the case for I.D. when going through security (and they won’t let me leave it in the case).

If I just leave it in the pocket which holds the I.D. case, the I.D. slips out. “This is my second Notebook Brief briefcases for women i and I really like it. I especially appreciate the contrasting color lining on the interior. Only one suggestion — the credit card holders would be more convenient on the other side of the bag. No more waiting around for the iron to cool! Great value for the price – looks good. The only drawback is the relatively flimsy extension handle I love the packing cubes. I put all of my clothes in packing cubes when I travel. I got my husband some and he loves them too. It doesn’t take up much space. Perfect for a few items. For some reason, I was thinking it would be larger. I loved how easy your return shipping was on the other item I purchased. Overall, this was an extremely positive experience. Liz I love to read and have a kindle so I take it with me when I know I have to wait for something. So it is with me most of the time. My kindle fits nicely in it along with it’s light and a few extra things I need. It is easy to carrie along with my purse. This item was very handy on a recent trip abroad. My daughter and I both used one and we found that the ticket organizer was perfect for our needs. I used these for a trip and I was surprised how much I could pack, The expandable feature is a definate plus. As before, the luggage gorillas did not damage them. “All it takes is just that one time when you are running late to catch a plane, you’ve just finished curling/straightening your hair, packed your suitcase and now all you have left is that hot curling iron to throw into the suitcase before you run out the door and be on your way. There are two ways to handle this, one put the hot curling iron in between two pair of pants (this can cause discoloration) or even worse it rolls onto something plastic and it melts onto the curling iron or your clothes. Or two, purchase this iteam and see if it really works! I knew this would be perfect for me and I couldn’t wait to use it! Low and behold it is better than described and I plan on purchasing more as gifts!! Super item…”
